North Shore held a Open day on the 15th January to lovely weather and many hangars were open for viewing and talk to owners and taking pictures without any problems.
A first for me was this Lovely Tiger Moth ZK-BJR /NZ-1425 outside its hangar ,Without an open day,something like this would never of been witnessed so thank you North shore Airport for a great Idea.Take note please other Airfields in NZ.We love to see your aircraft in the flesh and not wrapped away in a bullet proof hangar.
