Te Kowhai Airpark hosted a AOPA Gathering on the 2oth June 2026 to unfortunately disrupted event with few visitors managing to attend due to low cloud and fog earlier during the morning over the airfield.
However kindness of local aircraft residents opened their hangars to allow us to view what was hiding away in the many hangars on view so thank you .
When the fog lifted ,a planned exodus of aircraft departed Te Kowhai and headed off to nearby Raglan Airfield.
