ZK-TAK for TAC

Recently re-registered Cessna 152 is ZK-FPG which has now changed to ZK-TAK.Also ZK-FCO has had a face lift with decals removed and new decals applied to look the same has TAC ,TAY and TAK all belonging to the Tauranga Aero Club
Former ZK-FPG is now ZK-TAK Cessna152 for the Tauranga Aero Club..

May visitors noted at Tauranga

Just a few that past through Tauranga during the month of May.

Carrying out touch and go,s on Seal 25 was RNZAF C130-H NZ7001 

Parked up outside Classic flyers was Havard 2A ZK-MJN /NZ1052

Parked adjacent to the flight terminal is Cessna 172 M ZK-FGV from Ohakune in Central North Island

Dropping in from  Rotorua was Robinson R-22 ZK-HAD landing next to the Tauranga flying club .

Exiting Seal 25 and backtracking to the terminal is Skyline Aviation Limited,s Beech 200 Super King Air ZK-MFT

Taking off en-route back to Gisbourne is Beech 90 King Air ZK-SKL

Another skyline Aviation aircraft from Napier is this Cessna 510 Mustang ZK-YDZ 

Ardmore based Bell 505 ZK-HTI approaching to land at the flying club.

Arriving from Ardmore is Seneca ZK-DCP

Ardmore resident Cessna 182 T Skylane  ZK-WYT departing .

RNZAF,s NZ4302 Lockheed P-3K Orion Carrying out crew training from Whenuapai

North Shore Aero clubs Robin HR 100 ZK-UWZ 

NZ Commercial Pilot Academy Limited operate various aircraft out of Wanganui and Cessna 152 ZK-FCQ is just one of them .

Seen here departing the Rotorfix hangar is Hughes 369 E ZK-HCD.

Westpac ambulance Mitsubishi MU 2  ZK-KOH heading back to Hamilton after dropping off patients to the local hospital.Looks different without the previous artwork which was painted all over the fuselage.

Additional New Tauranga Residents

Over the past few months Tauranga has seen a few resident aircraft  depart but replaced by a few new to keep our resident population here healthy.

Here are the arrivals.
Arriving early in June was this immaculate Cessna180J ZK-RAD arriving from Australia via work carried out at Mercer.

Arriving from Te Kowhai Airfield was this lovely SOCATA TB-9 Tobago ZK-TRW

Former Nelson resident is our second Albatros L-39 ZK-TCS operated by Eastern Jets Ltd who also operate here at Tauranga ZK-EJA
Operated by Cubro Ltd is this lovely Beechcraft B300 Super King air ZK-PWL

Former RNZAF operated Pacific Aerospace CT/4E Airtrainer ZK-PTA which escaped Napier and is now privately owned
