6th-20th January 2023, Walsh Memorial Scout Flying School at Matamata

 Matamata Airfield hosted their annual Walsh memorial Scout Flying school gathering from the 6th-20th January 2023.

Weather on saturday was suspect,but Sunday 7th January the weather was hot and very muggy with lots of bugs around,I attended and met up with Phil Craig who was part of the organization of the Airways team with ATC on the ground on 118.9.
