The Waikato Chapter of the Sport Aircraft Association of NZ held their annual Black Sands flyin at Te Kowhai airfield situated just NW of Hamilton City last saturday 14th November to lovely sunny weather,
Normally it is held over at the nearby surfing town of Raglan air strip over a weekend but due to lack of help from the Raglan Council it was moved to a one day event at Te Kowhai.
Unfortunately i was unable to attend due to family bereavement but my colleague in crime Peter Mole tagged along and produced the following of over 70 visiting aircraft.
