February Visitors into Tauranga

February saw a very quite month for visiting aircraft so here are a few that dropped in for a visit.

Falcon 50 EX N115WF stayed for a few days arriving from Wellington from where it resides.

Bell 206 Jetranger ZK-HQH parked up adjacent to TAC from the South Island airfield of Ashburton which is a rare site residents from South island travelling North !!!! But always welcomed 

Visiting Rotorfix is Robinson R-44 ZK-IKU  from nearby Rotorua

Farmers Air PAC 750 XL ZK-XLB 

A large contingent of aircraft from Auckland Aero club at Ardmore landed and all a parked up outside Classic Flyers .ZK-JRA  C172 one as is ZK-JMY and ZK-JPA as shown below


Cessna 210 VH-ZIO arrived to Tauranga from Archerfield via various stops to reside temporary to carry out air servery in the local area.

Avid Aircraft MKIV Speedwing UL ZK-KJL  arrived from Rotorua.

A chartered Air Chathams Allison Convair 440 ZK-CIE taxxiing towards Tauranga Airport  terminal .

Ex ZK-VAD now registered as VH-VID Cessna 402 C seen parked up near Solo Wings Engineering before departing across the ditch to its new home in Australia

RNZAF P3C Orion NZ4205 carrying out night time touch and gos and overshoots on a regular training exercise.
