Visitors noted in Tauranga during February

Seen landing into 07 R/W is NZ only registered Falcon 2000EX ZK-OCB.Operated on behalf of Pacific Jets Ltd at Auckland Int ,this machine replaced  its previous registered ZK-OCB Citation C525CJ3 last year.

Arriving into Rotorfix ,was this recent imported McDonnel Douglas 600N ZK-IJD operated by Amalgamated Ltd based at Masterton/Hood airfield
Another visitor to Rotorfix is Hughes 369E ZK-IMD from Otorohanga south of Hamilton


Arriving in lovely BOP Sunshine is Cessna 172 M privately owned at lives at the airstrip in Tarras

RNZAF P-3C Orion on a routine training mission from Whenuapai carrying out touch and goes into Seal 25R/W

Parked outside Solo Wings Engineering Hangar is a newly registered Gyrocopter ZK-RDS which at present hasn't been officially registered on the NZ civil register.

Aerial Serveys Cessna 402B ZK-MAP on a detail mapping exercise in the local area.When i win the lottery ,that will be my registered aircraft ZK-MAP !!!,Dreams are free 

Rotorfix customer arrives in the shape of Hughes 369FF operated by Helisika Agricultural Limited at Ardmore.

Visiting Tauranga on i believe filming duties for a TV programme is Eurocopter AS 355 F2  ZK-HFS.

Arriving into Solo wings is Zenith CH-200 ZK-ZEN based at Te Kowhai

Visiting from its base at Opotiki is Hughes 369HS 

Landing is Cessna 180 ZK-BGI also arriving from Opotiki

Robinson R-22 ZK-HXL owned by Heli-Hire from Rotorua landing outside Rotorfix hangar and later was seen departing the airfield in a back of a trailer
