SALUTE to LES MUNRO

Harvards at Tauranga airport for the missing man flypast to honour Les Munro the last Dambuster pilot last Saturday 8th August.  
Sqn Ldr  Les Munro CNZM, DSO, QSO, DFC, died on 4 August 2015 in hospital at Tauranga, New Zealand, at the age of 96, after being ill with heart problems.So a tribute was organized to overfly the Tauranga Domain in the presence of 5 Havard,s flying in formation.
3 Havard,s arrived from Ardmore with the other 2 making up the numbers from Tauranga.
The Harvard,s involved were the following.

Return of former residents

Noted back in early August were two former Bayflight aircraft who were transferred to the defunct Helipro Fleet are now back in Tauranga.

Cessna 152,s ZK-FCO and ZK-KID are parked up in the same parking zones where they were flown to Ardmore months ago and now minus the Bayflight logos and painted in all plain white,KID has been noted flying whilst FCO remains tied down.
