Yesterday 14th October, was to be the Tiger Moth's annual spring fly-in to Taumarunui, but due to the weather forecast's everyone decided not to fly in as when I arrived to Taumarunui there was no aircraft in sight,but eventually only one arrived.ZK-KRD C180 .
Therefore,travelling back on Sunday I went to the nearest airfield, Te Kuiti. Dead but I did see these locals:
