T3-JMR Beech 200 SuperKing Air noted outside Sunair
Parked outside Sunair Avation Hangar on the 17th October after arriving from Auckland the previous day, was former N283KA Beech 200 Super King Air now painted as T3-JMR operated by Coral Sun Airways from the Island of Kiribati off the Cook Islands in the South Pacific.

Night Hot air Balloons at Tauranga
Hosting the first small Hot air balloon event at
the nearby Tauranga racecourse on 3rd October
,4 balloons were inflated but not lifting in front of a lazer light show and 7000 people attending.My personal opinion is that the event was overpriced for such a small showing of 4 balloons which all remained on the ground!!!!
Taupo will repeat this event in late November so hopefully a few balloons wound,nt go a miss
